The STEP is a Practical Business Skills Workshops. These 1 full day workshops have been developed from a practical perspective to allow for a skills transfer process that can add immediate value to a business. All attendees will receive the practical knowledge, as well as the tools to apply to the business immediately.
The STEP workshops can be delivered on 2 levels. Level 1 for start-up or aspiring entrepreneurs, and Level 2 for existing or advanced entrepreneurs. The workshops can be delivered individually or as part of a complete curriculum, which is advisable for the biggest impact. Some of the business skills subjects are:
