Next Steps
• We’re going to need some details, so our first task will be to gather your vendor information. We will contact them and work out arrival times and verify service details.
If you can bring this info with you during our first meeting that’s great. If you don’t have everything yet, no worries. We can collect this as it’s available and even assist with finding vendors that suit your needs.
• Throughout the journey, we will want to continue to meet and share our progress. This will ensure a smooth process and help address any hitches along the way.
• Vendor Meeting – this is best about 60 days before your wedding. By this time, you should have all your vendors lined up, if not we will help finish out your needs. At this
time, we will meet with all your vendors in person or by phone to discuss timelines, establish expectations and answer questions.
• Venue Meeting – 30 to 45 days before the big day will be the time to meet with us and include Stony Point Hall management. This is when we will discuss floor layout, final timeline, vendor provisions, rehearsal plans and rental items. We’re getting close, so it will be time to finalize details and address any last-minute questions.
• In the final week before the big day we will contact your vendors to make sure everything is in order, everyone knows what to do and when, and all details are finalized. It’s almost time!
