Rehearsal Day
If your rehearsal is at Stony Point Hall, we will be there to help smooth those day-before jitters and make sure everything is good to go.
• Gather your Stony Point Hall Rental Items and have them available prior to your arrival. • Assist with setting up room décor.
• Make any necessary changes to layout.
• Practice your ceremony and grand entrance/grand exit.
• Review the plan and timeline with everyone present so we’re all on the same page.
Day Of: Pre-Reception
Nerves are normal the day of your wedding, and we sympathize with that. It’s our goal to handle all the picky little details so you can focus on having the time of your life.
• Meet vendors as they arrive and direct them with setup or drop off and assist as needed.
• Ensure all delivered goods and services meet expectations as they arrive.
• Coordinate all parties to the timeline and adjust timeline as needed.
• Set last minute room décor and assist with ceremony and gazebo decor.
• Direct your wedding party to prepare for photography and other special moments.
• Coordinate the flow, walking orders, and DJ for the ceremony.
• Gather your bridal party and organize the grand entrance.
