Day Of: Reception
Whew, now that the hard part is done it’s time to have some fun! Relax, enjoy and let us handle the details.
• Ensure vendors are meeting the timelines for special moments or adjust the timeline as needed.
• Assist vendors in providing services in a timely manner.
• Refill snack containers, drink containers, and silverware or dinnerware on the buffet line. • Empty trash bins.
• Handle any and all issues that may arise – so that you do not have to worry on your day.
Day Of: End of the Night
What a day, what a night! Trust us, you’re going to be exhilarated and exhausted by the end of the evening. That’s why we’re here to handle the end of the night details too.
• We will clean all garbage off tables.
• Send off your vendors with tips if provided.
• Show you what needs to be taken by you that night, which is typically your gifts and any foods that need to remain refrigerated.
• Shut down and close-up the venue.
Next Day
In most cases you will be able to come back the next day and wrap up all loose ends. However, there are times we have back-to-back weddings and this list will have to be handled the night of your reception. Not to worry – this will be known throughout the process and won’t be a surprise!
• Pack up all décor items and make them available for pick up.
• All items will be packed in their original boxes if available.
• Wash/Clean items as needed. (i.e.: cake knife/personalized dinnerware etc.).
• Personal items recovered will be placed in a lost and found box for you.
