3.Test parameters programming by PC for testing and data acquisition for
QLM/OCR (Safety relays).

Purpose
To record the testing parameters of safety relay QLM and OCR digitally.

Advantage
To test, check and record the relay testing parameter like pick up, drop out

of relay and mill volt drop of interlocks can be done.
Test data report recorded by type of relay, date, by relay serial no, by loco

no and by monthly records
