3. HIGHLIGHTS /ACHIEVEMENTS
❖ PASSENGER FACILITIES/SERVICES:

➢ Issue of Photo ID Cards for Divyanjan persons.

• Total No. of 362Photo ID cards for Divyangjan persons were issued
during Apr’21-Oct’21, duly verifying the authenticity of concession
certificates issued by government doctors and feeding the same

in the databasethrough CRIS for enabling issue of online Reserved
and Un-Reserved Tickets.

➢ Passenger Services:

• Several State Govts have imposed certain restrictions on travels as
per the Covid-19 protocols. Boards/posters are placed at
conspicuous locations at PRS counters and stations for information
of passengers.

➢ Standard Operating Protocol:

• Posters regarding standard Operating Protocol for Movement of

passengers by trains are displayed at all the stations and counters.
