• Contracts at 47 locations were awarded out of which 32 are
commenced and 15 are not commenced due to COVID -19 and
Ban imposed by GHMC.

• Tenders floated for remaining 63 locations no response received.
For 5 locations officers received and to be discharged as the

offers are very low.
➢ Vehicle Parking :

• 50 Locations were identified for Vehicle parking
• 42 contracts were awarded out of which 9 contracts were

awarded on quotation basis and 33 contracts on regular basis.
• Contracts at 8 locations were not awarded out of which no

response received for 3 locations and contracts in 5 locations are
in process of awarding quotations. Fresh tenders will be called for
all the stations in NOV-21.

➢ Catering:

• 240 Catering contracts were identified.
• 107 contracts were awarded out of 240 catering contracts.

• Out of remaining 133 contracts tender were floated for 28 GMUs,
29 SMUs at D, E, and F category stations on 08.11.21 and will be
opened on 01.12.21. 1 SMU tenure completed retendering to be

done.

- Vacant stalls in GMU for A1 to C category is 46 (10 pre closed/
discharged, for 36 tenders floated but no response.)
- Vacant SMU stalls A1 to C category are 19(3 Pre closed/

Discharged, 36 floated but no response).
- Vacant milk stalls are 5 (Tenders floated no response).

- Vacant AVMs are 5 (Tenders floated but no response).
➢ MPS:

• 45 locations identified for multipurpose stalls.
• 14 new stalls awarded and 9 existing bookstalls converted into

MPS.
• Tenders floated for 43 stalls offers received for 19 stalls and 2 stalls

discharged due to ineligibility and out of remaining 17 stalls
awarded, 3 stalls are to be debarred and 4 stalls were

commenced.
➢ ATMs:

• 61 ATMs at 43 locations were identified.
• 25 ATMs awarded and 7 ATMs LOA is under process.
