• 29 ATMs were not awarded as fresh tenders floated on on 23.09.21
no response received for 29 locations.
➢ Pay & Use:

• 39 Locations were identified for Pay & Use contracts.
• Contracts at 9 locations were awarded out of which 1 not

commenced.
• For 25 locations fresh tenders to be floated.

• 3 locations (SNF, LPI, BMT) under cleaning contract and 3 locations
(CHZ, MUGR, GNP).

➢ Commercial Plots:
• Commercial plot contracts have been awarded in 7 locations
(GDRA- For Granite, TPY- For Coal, PRPI- For Coal, SNF- For Steel,
OPL-For Coal, KZJ-For Dolomite, MUGR- For Coal).

➢ A/C Waiting Hall:
• 4 Locations identified for A/C waiting hall contracts ( HYB, BMT, LPI,

WL).
• One combine contract for HYB & BMT stations has been awarded.

• Floating of fresh tenders for operation and maintenance of AC
waiting halls at LPI and WL stations is under process.
➢ Parcel Handling :

• New contract has been awarded for mechanized movement of
parcel handling with loading and unloading activities at SC
Parcel office in favour of M/S Genius Infotech for a period of one

year from 03.11.21 to 02.11.22 at a value of Rs 2,65,65,680.

❖ Inspections at Officers level:

• ACM/Chg has conducted night surprise inspection between HYB-

KQD LC Gate No. 30E on 01.04.2021.
• ACM.Chg conducted SIG inspection at BTNR & BRBD stations on

11.06.2021.
• ACM/Chg conducted SIG inspection at SKP & SNF stations on

27.07.2021.
• On 12.10.21 and 14.10.21 ACM/Chg has Conducted inspection
and monitored crowd at SC station.

• ACM/CHG conducted surprise night inspection on TDU-MVH at
Km.No 62/9-11 on 30.09.21.

• ACM/Goods conducted SIG inspection at MLY & CHZ stations on
24.06.2021
