              ❖  Ticket Checking:



               •     After  2nd  wave  of  COVID-19  ticket  checking  has  been  fully
                     resumed from 27.07. 2021. Sofar Rs.15.17 Crores earned through

                     ticket checking.

              ❖  Auction:



               •     4443.14  tons  of  unclaimed  coal  at  RDM  and  KZJ  has  been
                     auctioned generating a revenue of Rs.49.65Lakhs.

                   4.  System Improvements:
                 ➢ Online Refresher course:


                   •  Online training for refresher commercial course was organized
                       by ZRTIfrom  April'21 to Oct'21  to boost the productivity and
                       efficiency  of  Employees.The  training  is  for  a  6-day

                       programmed  followed  by  online  examination.  Every  month
                       nearly, 88 Commercial Staff over SC division are being trained
                       and the details of staff who have completed training and are
                       scheduled for training is being updated to“ZRTI".

                 ➢ TTE LOBBY:


                   •  Every interchange station has a cell for TTEs, called TTE Lobby,
                       where TTEs of originating / terminating / passing trains sign-on
                       / sign-off.

                   •  This application will digitize the activities like drawing out of TTE
                       links, accountal of their duty hours and preparation of their
                       TA/night duty allowance bills, TTE earning accountal, etc.

                 ➢ HHTs :


                   •   Hand  Held  Terminals  (HHTs  )are  provided  for  TTEs  Manning
                       Rajadhani , Shathabdhi and gradually provided in all trains.

                 ➢ POS (Point-of-Sale ):


                   •  Commercial Department has provided POS machines at all
                      the ticketing locations.
                   •  POS machines have been provided to ticket checking staff for
                      making digital transaction onboard.
