5.1 Complete candid assessment of the Genesee County Literacy Coalition.
5.2 Develop a strategy to increase number of literacy volunteers

5.1.1 There is a clear differentiation between FGLN and GCLC
5.1.2 There is a collaborative effort between the two organizations
5.1.3 100% of FGLN – ALCs are active members of GCLC
5.2.1 Agencies who train volunteers are working together
5.2.2 There is a collaborative volunteer strategy

5.1.1, 5.1.2 and 5.1.3a. Information is created and used to clearly
explain what GCLC is and does, and what FGLN is and does
5.2.1a. Bring together agencies who train volunteers
5.2.2a. Create volunteer strategy
5.2.2b. Evaluate need for additional staff to complete strategy
