• Managed a team of 13 employees to execute the daily operations of Child Protective Services (CPS) and Foster Care throughout Genesee County.
• Analyzed weekly metrics including face-to-face contact with children and parents and completion of reporting; data was used to execute workforce management to improve employee engagement and recognize the safety of children.
• Collaborated closely with the Genesee County Court System, Hurley Medical Center, various police departments, and the Child Advocacy Center to maintain child safety county wide.
