 The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
Information Technology Services will provide technology to support a flexible, alternative working environment for employees.
The training needs of all Student Success Services employees will be accessed.
The Vice President of Student Success Services will create a VP-SSSD Cabinet to focus on the operational health of the division.
Create and execute at least one “Out-of-Classroom” experience for students and/or employees each academic year.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
Technology solutions, as identified by Executive Cabinet members will be implemented to allow employees the opportunity to work away from their assignment work area.
Training will be provided for all Student Success Services employees annually.
A nomination process for VPSSD cabinet members is developed.
A continuous improvement cycle report will be prepared.
Create and offer at least one event and generate attendance by at least 200 students and employees (combined).
