EACH EXECUTIVE CABINET TEAM WILL ENGAGE IN 1 NEW MAJOR INTER-DIVISION COLLABORATION ANNUALLY
STRETCH: 2 annually
The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
Student Success Services will collaborate with Human Resources to create a Mott Success
Academy for training staff in Student Success Services.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will collaborate with Information Technology Services to create rules and policies that define data management to ensure consistency and integrity.
Information Technology Services will collaborate with the Student Employment Office to increase the pool of available student workers within ITS.
Host the annual Peace & Dignity Ceremony by incorporating and leveraging campus partnerships.
Establish a partnership with the Workforce Development Department to strengthen alumni & donor relationships.
Public Safety, Academic Affairs, Workforce and Economic Development, and Human Resources will collaborate to coordinate safety compliance across the College.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
100% of Student Success Services staff will participate in basic, intermediate, and/ or advanced training.
A Data Governance Manual is created.
Professional development is provided to staff about Data Governance.
100% of vacancies for Computing Support and Media Support Services are filled.
Involve at least two other divisions on campus; i.e. Social Sciences, International Institute, Humanities, etc. in planning and executing the annual Peace & Dignity ceremony.
Conduct at least two cultivation receptions over the course of the calendar year to yield opportunities such as providing CEU credits
for various professional tracks.
A Safety Steering Committee will be established.
