EACH EXECUTIVE CABINET TEAM WILL ENGAGE IN 1 NEW MAJOR INTER-DIVISION COLLABORATION ANNUALLY
STRETCH: 2 annually
Workforce and Economic Development will collaborate with Institutional Advancement to identify and secure funding to enhance financial sustainability.
Facilities Services will collaborate with Executive Cabinet to prioritize non-Board level capital projects and remodeling projects.
Human Resources, Student Success Services, Chief of Staff, and Public Safety will collaborate to update the Title IX program.
Human Resources, Student Success Services, Workforce and Economic Development, and Information Technology Services will collaborate to design a new professional and career development program.
The Professional Development Board and Executive Cabinet will collaborate to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness education.
Human Resources, Institutional Advancement, Student Success Services, and Academic Affairs will collaborate to sponsor an Administrative and Support Staff Appreciation Event.
Academic Affairs and Information Technology Services will collaborate to develop a procedure to obtain signatures for online courses.
Academic Affairs will collaborate with Financial Aid to assist students to complete FAFSA applications.
$500,000 in grant funding and/ or donations will be awarded.
A collaborative capital project prioritization process that provides clarity and transparency will be implemented.
The Title IX Program will be updated and compliant.
The new program will be implemented at the 2019 leadership retreat.
The new program will establish career ladders, job pathways, sourcing and recruiting.
3 trainings annually will be available that are open to all College employees and students.
One event will be held annually.
An electronic signature process will be implemented.
10 sessions will be held annually with participation from academic divisions.
