 The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
The President will increase formal communication within the College.
Codify (in writing) and promulgate preferred communications processes within the Office
of Institutional Advancement. Assess current processes for clarity and effectiveness.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will implement clear, formal and informal communication structures.
Institutional Advancement will implement clear formal and informal communication structures.
Finance & Administration will implement clear formal and informal communication structures.
Human Resources will implement clear formal and informal communication structures.
Information Technology Services will implement clear formal and informal communication structures.
Workforce and Economic Development will implement clear formal and informal communication structures.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
A weekly All-College email will commence January 2019.
Conduct an inventory of all current communications processes – both formal and informal – within the Office of Institutional Advancement.
