The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will provide leadership to ensure employees have opportunities to volunteer in the community.
The President’s direct reports will engage in a volunteer experience.
Academic Affairs will adopt an elementary school to provide voluntary activities.
Human Resources will adopt
a school to assist with life and learning enrichment activities.
Public Safety will improve and strengthen police relations throughout the community.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will create a volunteer activity to increase Mott’s presence in the community.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
A College-wide volunteerism system will be created to allow paid time for employees to volunteer in community events.
Direct reports to the President will participate annually in
one volunteer activity.
One school per year will be adopted.
Human Resources will provide one board game to each student in a class for Christmas.
Public Safety will participate in five volunteer activities in Flint and Genesee County.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will participate in one volunteer activity in
Flint and Genesee County.
