 Student Success Services will identify a volunteer activity to increase
Mott’s presence in the community.
Create a major event to be held in downtown Flint, potentially in conjunction with an existing activity such as Second Friday Art Walk, Independence Day
of July fireworks, Back to the Bricks, etc. and incorporate downtown business partners.
Workforce and Economic Development will create a new volunteer activity for staff.
Finance & Administration will identify a volunteer activity to increase Mott’s presence in the community.
Human Resources will partner with an organization to provide gifts and treats.
Human Resources will coordinate a coat drive with another local organization.
Information Technology Services will support a local charitable organization each Christmas holiday season.
Student Success Services will organize and facilitate one volunteer activity once each semester.
At least 30 Mott employees participate as volunteers in the activity annually.
Workforce and Economic Development will create and participate in at least one volunteer activity.
Finance & Administration will participate in one volunteer activity in Flint and Genesee County.
Human Resources will adopt a family at Christmas annually.
Human Resources will coordinate/ collaborate with others to support a coat drive in the greater Flint community, starting Winter 2020.
One charitable organization will be supported annually.
