12.2 Academic Affairs will host a Health Assessment Fair and distribute prescreening information.
12.2 Academic Affairs will host a tour for the Early College.
12.2 Institutional Research and Decision Support will invite College constituents to campus for business meetings.
12.2 Student Success Services will facilitate on-campus community engagement activities.
12.2 Information Technology Services will provide a variety of Computer or Software Clinics.
12.2 Information Technology Services will partner with Student Life to offer gaming nights for students.
12.2 Human Resources will engage with the Summer Youth Initiative (SYI) Student program.
12.2 Human Resources will invite an elementary school to campus to share information about MCC.
12.2 Workforce and Economic Development will create activities that increase community
traffic onto campus.
12.2 Facilities Services will engage community members to increase their familiarity with the College.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
Once each year, a meeting will be held on campus for county and city leadership.
The fair will have 50-100 participants.
A tour is conducted for one school each year.
One community meeting will be on campus bimonthly.
Student Success Services will host two community awareness events a semester on campus.
At least three clinics per semester will be offered.
At least one game night per semester.
Human Resources will hire a Summer Youth Initiative student each summer to learn basic employment skills beginning 2019.
Students who visit campus will learn about MCC’s programs.
Three new community engagement activities will be implemented each year.
Facilities Services will host at least one open house and provide tours of newly opened facilities.
