Retention – Sales to Service - New














                                                                                                    As a group, our retention of retail customers after a year

                                                                                                    of ownership of their NEW car has increased YOY to
                                                                                                    77%.




                                                                                                    Bolton and Louth are the only sites in red, but some
                                                                                                    customers are due to come in during November, so this

                                                                                                    number will improve.



                                                                                                    As ever – meeting the customers at handover and

                                                                                                    optimising service plan sales and pre-booking will help.




                                                                                                    Retention of New car customers after 2 and 3 years of
                                                                                                    ownership has increased as a group.
