UNIVERSAL LOCKOUT DEVICE FOR FUSE HOLDERS SLIMLINE UNIVERSAL FUSE LOCKOUT
• Will lockout most types of fuse holders - one size fits all. Our RFB5 universal fuse lock has similar properties to the UFL2.
• Lockout 20 Amp to 400 Amp fuse holders. However, its slimline, low profile design allows this to be used on fuse
• 8mm padlock hole - max clamping /16” (5mm). carriers that are fitted within enclosures, very close to the door.

• Made from sturdy nylon plastic. By using the RFB5, fuse carriers can be locked off and the enclosure
door still closed.
• Dimensions: 2 /8 x 1 /8 x /5” (60 x 35 x 15mm).

The new bottle fuse lockout is available in two
sizes to fit DZ3 and D02 Fuses.
Remove the fuse, screw in the lockout device
and secure using a cable lockout and padlock.
