Let’s spend a few minutes reviewing what you learned about anger during Biblical Counseling I. There are five
questions a person should ask about their anger:
               1. Did you get angry about the right thing? (This applies to the anger iceberg!)
               2. Did you express your anger in the right way?
               3. Did your anger dissipate quickly?
               4. Was your anger under control?
               5. Was the effect of your anger God-honoring?

Biblical Counseling also describes how to uproot anger by first repenting (changing your mind about your
anger and submitting). The second step is to confess to all involved, without qualification, ask for forgiveness,
and ask for help. These are important steps to remember when helping others who struggle with the
               emotion of anger.
