Enter full SSN with no dashes or spaces in the Employee ID/Participant ID box.Enter your Last Name in the Last Name box. Click the box next to I%u2019m not a robot. Click Submit.4. The plans available for online enrollment will appear for your selection.To Enroll: Click enroll. To waive, click waive.5. Complete all required fields in Steps 1-36. Make your applicable election amount.7. Confirm enrollments, add dependents, and submit.Enrollment will go directly through the OCA member portal. Mancini Duffy will notify you when the portal is availableforenrollment with your unique company ID. We cannot enroll until we get the Mancini Duffy OCA Enrollment ID.
