Functions and Responsibilities

Officer. He is directly responsible to the day-to-day management and
supervision of the Extension and Training (E&T) programs of the campus
where he/she belongs.

5. College Extension Coordinator

There shall be an Extension Coordinator to be assigned in each
College.
The college Extension Coordinator shall:

o Plan, prepare and implement extension program of the College;

o Liaise between the College and the Extension Department and
all linkages on matters pertaining to the operation of the
extension program of the College;

o Represent the College in all extension functions involving the
colleges as may be called for by Extension Directorate;

o Keep records, manage data and information and prepare
consolidated reports regarding the extension program of the
College; and

o Perform other functions related to extension as may be assigned
by the College Dean
