As to the evaluation of beneficiaries on the training resource
speakers/facilitators, we can see on Table 3 that resource speakers/facilitators were
excellent in performing their functions as this was supported with the grand mean of
4.90.
Indicators, “Competency”, “Preparedness” and “Punctuality” all gained a
description of excellent with a weighted mean of 4.90, 4.80, and 5.00 respectively.
