One of the hallmarks of academic quality and excellence is the recognition of Center

of Excellence and Development (COE/COD) by the Commission of Higher Education
CENTER OF (CHED). ISU in taking the lead in uplifting the quality of education in the field of

Agriculture, Information Technology and Education has granted Center of
DEVELOPMENT Development (COD) status by CHED for BS Agriculture and BS Information Technology

of Echague main campus, BS Information Technology in Cauayan campus and BS
Education in Cabagan campus.
