certified. It is the University’s desire and
commitment to determinedly improve the

organization and the efficiency in as far as all
processes are concerned.

ISO Certification has continually improved

the university’s Quality Management System

towards readiness to produce consistent
results, preventing mistakes, reducing costs,
ensuring that processes are defined and

controlled, and continually improving the

organization's offerings.
