From 2012 to 2017, Isabela State University has been a grantee of the Performance-based Bonus (PBB) – a ISU ANNUAL REPORT 2018
manifestation of the university’s achievement on its planned targets towards efficient and excellent delivery of
public services. This is also a strong indicator of the university’s exemplary performance across the criteria given
by the regulatory agencies.
