In FY 2018, the University had a total appropriation of Php1,014M under R.A. No. 10964 GAA exclusive of automatic ISU ANNUAL REPORT 2018
appropriation of Php60M. There was an increase of 11% over our FY GAA specific budget of Php914.036M. During the
year, the University received total allotment of Php1,036.9M inclusive of special purpose fund amounting to Php34.56M
for payment 2017 performance-based bonus, terminal leave benefits and monetization of leave credits of some
employees, 4M of which for NVSU scholarship fund inadvertently included in our GAA specific budget.
