CHERYL CORDURA started my career with Magsaysay in 1989 as Assistant
Purser and was promoted to Sr. Assistant Purser on my last contract in
1993.Cheryl re-applied in 1997 as Travel Officer and on that same year was

promoted to Assistant Fleet Manager under Multi Fleet and a few months later
was re-assigned to Princess Cruises Fleet and assumed the position Fleet HR
Manager. In Nov 2006, Cheryl was re-assigned to handle Costa Fleet and
eventually was promoted to Fleet HR Director. Cheryl has been managing Costa
Fleet Operations from 2001 to present which includes Recruitment, Training and
Deployment.

Working with her are all seasoned personnel:

KATHERINE BALADIANG was hired as Manning Assistant for
Costa Fleet Operations year of 2008 then after 6 months she was
assigned to assist in Costa Recruitment and Training. After one (1)
year, Kaye was re-assigned to Costa Operations and handle Bar
Department in July 2009 and was promoted to Fleet HR Officer in
March 2011 . From July 2009 to present, she has been entrusted to
manage crew rotation and deployment for various departments and

assumed the position of Fleet HR Manager since July 2017.
NORIELA M. LEONIDAS LORENZO TABIOS Year 2015, he was assigned at Compliance

VP, Cruise Group Department handling Batching and Visa Processing and transferred

to Magsaysay Global Services Inc as Liaison Officer until February
2017. Enzo joined Costa Fleet as Fleet HR Officer and currently
handling HK Department, Crew Repatriation and last year he was
assigned to deliver Costa Smeralda.
