MILDRED A. ASCAÑO In year 2008, she was hired as project based employee as Phone Screener for potential candidates applying through different sources and
invite them for initial interview with the Recruitment Staff, then she was assigned at the Front Office of Recruitment receiving CVs of walk-in applicants, endorsing
potential candidates to the respective Recruitment Staff, assisting candidates for initial/fleet/principal interview. It was last February 2009 when Mildred was hired
as Manning Assistant for Costa Fleet where she was assigned to assist both operations and pre-deployment.
She got promoted to HR officer last September 2011 and was again promoted to Fleet HR Manager for Pre-Deployment year of 2017

RUBY ANN PEREY- CRUZ – started her career in Magsaysay as Fleet HR Assistant in May 2016. She was assigned to handle the Pre-Deployment Department for
all newly hired crew. After a year she was promoted to Fleet HR Officer and was assigned to handle various departments such as Bar, Casino, Entertainment and
Information. She is also in charge in handling all visa applications for all departments.
MAUREEN H. CATAPANG – In December 2016 , she was hired
as Training Coordinator of Princess Cruise Lines (also part of
Holland America Group) under People Serve Agency. After 5
months, she transferred to MMC as Fleet HR Officer and was
assigned to assist the Cruise Technical Department. In September
2019, she transferred to Costa Fleet to assist in the Pre-
Deployment and later she was assigned to Costa Asia Operations
to present. Currently she is directly in charge for the Restaurant
for both Costa Asia and Europe.

SOFHIA LOUISE T. UNAS- started to work with Magsaysay in
2018 as Fleet HR Assistant and she was assigned under Pre-
deployment. Her main task was to process newly hired crew to be
NORIELA M. LEONIDAS travel ready which includes training and completion of

VP, Cruise Group requirements. Currently she is assisting crew deployment and
repatriation.

ROLAND D. OCAMPO. Started as an Encoder as project based
assigned to COSTA Fleet. His job was to make sure that all the
mandatory documents are scanned, encoded and uploaded in
MMIS and Mistral. Last July 23, 2020 he was hired as Data
Processor & Record Management Assistant to help in processing,
deployment and to make sure that all crew documents are
