FLEET BRI-JOHN ANDREW B. DALHAG

joined Magsaysay last November 2011 as Records Assistant. He
handled different processes and accounts including Fleet Assistant,
Visa, Documents processing and POEA accreditation. Year 2015
when he was promoted as Compliance Supervisor. Another
opportunity came last July 2017 when he was assigned as Cebu

Branch Manager before transferring to Multi-Fleet Department last
February 2018 as Fleet HR Manager.

He is also assigned to handle Ponant Cruises and The Entertainment
Department.

CHRISTIAN RIEL CARPENA
joined Magsaysay last November 2017 as Fleet HR Officer. Prior to
joining Magsaysay, Christian worked with another maritime
company for 5 years as Front Line-Crewing Processor.

Christian was assigned to Multi- Passenger Fleet where he handled
various accounts. His main task is handling of Saga Cruises, Vikand

(Medical Department), and other various principal owning private
yachts.

KATHLEEN TOLENTINO - Senior Fleet HR Officer with 19 years of
crewing experience, Has extensive background in processing,

documentation and recruitment and planning. She joined
Magsaysay last July 2017 and was assigned to Multi- Passenger
Fleet handing various accounts such as ESS Off-Shore and Paul
