VISION AND MISSION OF THE PRINCIPAL









            SAGA will be, and be seen to be, the organization which is the expert in serving people aged 50

            and over through providing a broad range of services specifically designed for them.




            SAGA will aim to be recognized as offering good value, excellent customer service and product

            quality, and being well-managed, progressive and profitable. The Group will base its activities on

            serving the needs of people aged 50 and over; it will not exploit them.




            The group and its operating companies will seek both to understand the needs and interests of

            current and potential customers, developing services and products which respond to these, and to

            encourage innovative and imaginative new business and product developments
