WHILE CREW IS ON QUARANTINE FLEET TO

REMIND CREW OF THE ISOLATION PROTOCOL:

 Crew must remain in your facility for strict isolation.

 Crew must not leave his room even if he needs to purchase

food and essentials items.

 No interacting with others.

 Crew must Monitor their health closely, including respiratory

symptoms

 Crew records body temperature twice daily using the QMS

form

 Advise the crew if unwell, with fever or any respiratory

symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

 Maintain good personal hygiene, including regular hand

washing with soap and water.

 Do not touch face and cover mouth when coughing or

sneezing.

 Do not share food, utensils and other personal hygiene items.

 Wear mask and face shield at all times when crew need to go

out to undergo the RT-PCR test.
