STAGE 6 – DISPATCHING OF CREW DOCUMENTS
Compliance is assigned to check the documents listed in the document checklist as required by the
fleet for crew deployment. A briefing calendar is provided by the fleet to compliance as reference on
when to return all the crew documents back to fleet for dispatching to crew. Line up must be updated in
order to avoid any missing name during the dispatching of envelop.
Dispatching of documents is done at the hotel to avoid crew from going to Magsaysay as a safety
protocol while waiting for the RT PCR results and departure date.
