feelings. In includes practicing self-care, fostering inner resources and resiliency; finding unique coping
mechanisms; creating satisfying relationships; empathizing with others and knowing when to ask for help .
Mental wellness means having a POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH to all you do to:

Cope with the stresses of life
