The Customer APP- Reminders
The system automatically sends all future
recommendations to your customers 2 weeks before they
are due and asks to schedule an appointment. You have
the option to accept the appointment or reschedule if
needed.
If accepted, they receive an appointment reminder 5 days
prior and the day before their appointment date and you
receive a con rmation back so you know they are coming.
