The Customer APP – 2 Way Chat
Customers can now send you communication and pictures
of their vehicle for reasons of concern. Let’s say they are
ready to leave for work and see a dash light on or a low
tire, they can send an instant chat picture to show you
what they are concerned about. You can reply instantly
with your advice or ask them to schedule an appointment.
