              OVERNIGHT OATS











            INGREDIENTS                             METHOD

            Whole jumbo oats                        1.  Half to three-quarters fill a 1L Mason jar

            4 tbsp chia seeds                           with oats, the chia seeds and flax seeds.
            4 tbsp flax seeds                           Add water until the oats are just covered.

            1 banana                                    Leave overnight.
            Pumpkin or sunflower seeds              2.  When you are ready for breakfast, add

            Pecans                                      your choice of fresh fruit and nut toppings,
                                                        compote and almond butter, plus a little
            1 tbsp almond butter                        splash of coconut milk.

            1 tbsp blackberry compote
            Splash coconut milk
