              AVOCADO NUMS











            INGREDIENTS                             METHOD

            1 avocado per person                    1.  Halve the avocados and discard the pits.

            2 cm piece of cucumber, diced               Scoop out a little of the avocado flesh

                                                    3.  Spoon your salad mixture into the avocado,
                                                        and serve with a spoon. Num!!
