“This is the decree of the Torah, which Hashem
has commanded, saying”
(Bamidbar 19:2)
“This is the teaching regarding a man if he will
die in a tent”
(ibid. vs. 14)
“Then Moshe raised his arm and struck the
rock with his staff twice; abundant water came
forth, and the assembly and their animals
drank. Hashem said to Moshe and to Aharon:
Because you did not believe in Me to sanctify
Me in the eyes of the Children of Israel,
therefore you will not bring this congregation to
the Land that I have given them”
