Overview of Service packages
          Essential Service
Peace of mind that your end-user products and systems are up and running
Essential gives you peace of mind that your end-user products and systems are up and running; from proactive monitoring to alert on any performance or availability issues, to a Level 3 Support Team that diagnose problems, and a Level 4 team that can correct any product defects. Our security management service and team, including anti-virus protection, ensures your systems are maintained and protected at the highest level.
Enhanced Service
Bringing the added benefit of a Level 2 incident management team
Building on the Essential level, Enhanced brings the added benefit of a Level 2 incident management team, taking the pressure off you to maintain an in-house service team. By outsourcing this service Omnico ensures responsibility for managing the lifecycle
of all incidents, ensuring a normal service of operation is restored as quickly as possible and the business impact is minimised.
As an additional offering from the Essential package, Enhanced offers Endpoint Management, with anti-virus service of the endpoints (these include fixed point POS tils, kiosks, tablets or mobile devices), event management and deployment of three product updates per year on to these Endpoint products.
Enterprise Service
For customers requiring a complete service package
For customers requiring a complete service package, outsourcing the support team, with major incident management and additional infrastructure services, then the Enterprise Service package is the one for you. Endpoints, including fixed- point tills, tablets and kiosks, are built and installed by Omnico teams, with on-site installation with out-of-the-box configurations.
In addition, Enterprise provides you more frequent monthly reporting, security audits, anti-virus audits and software updates.
The Enterprise Service package is a complete one- stop-service-shop.
