Colossians 3:12-17
As God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and
patience. Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the
Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything
together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in
the one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all
wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. And whatever you do,
in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Ruth 1:16-17
Ruth said, “Where you go, I will go; Where you lodge, I will lodge; your people shall be my people, and your
God my God. Where you die, I will die-- there will I be buried.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two people are better off than one, for they can help each
other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out
and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.
Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each
other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person
standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can
stand back-to-back and conquer. And with God in our
midst, three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is
not easily broken.
Ephesians 4:2-3
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with
one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of
the spirit through the bond of peace.
