     SPi Global as a proud millennial





      We are bold. We are determined. We are confident. We are proud millennials.

      Founded in the Philippines in 1980, SPi Global is a certified millennial. We are proud to
      represent a group of strong-willed and hard-working individuals who aspire to make a
      difference.

      More than simply being an avenue for selfies and hashtags, SPi Global acknowledges that
      social media contributes to the transformation of today’s organizational landscape.
      Facebook is recognized as one of the most effective tools for employee engagement,
      information dissemination, and talent acquisition – a fact which inspired the company
      to launch the Facebook campaign #SPiMillennial on July 6.

                                                         Everyone at the Parañaque site was given free
                                                         Facebook  access  and  were  encouraged  to  become
                                                         the company’s brand ambassadors. Tokens were given
                                                         to those who liked the page and shared the
                                                         #SPiMillennial  video.    And  upon  generting  the  video’s
                                                         target,  a  raffle  was  activated,  wherein  15  participants
                                                         were randomly selected as winners.

             An avalanche of shares and likes were added to SPi Global’s
              Facebook page because of the free Facebook access   The support received from the participants of the launch
                                                         has  brought  renewed  life  to  SPi  Global’s  Facebook
                                                         page.    The  video  continues  to  gain  traction,  which  is
                                                         testament to the success of the event.
