What were some of
the Customer Challenges?
The customer has a huge clientele base of school and
university students, and one of its main businesses is
providing assessments to students. For uploading the
created documents into the customer's portal, several
blocks had to be created with tags before actual content
uploads. The creation of blocks was time-consuming for
the uploading experts.
The challenge
was to upload around
