 The Transitions Team: Keeping It Smooth

 As part of our initiative in setting up a strong transition process, we have come up with our own methodology
 for transition in our industry. The SPi Global 3^P framework combines our learnings from many project
 transitions over the last few years and creates a playbook for enabling a successful transition.


 The 3^P framework lays out the key activities across the different phases of the transition. Plan is the
 pre-transition stage, which requires due diligence. Prepare involves transition setup and knowledge

 transfer. Perform marks the start of operations and getting to BAU.

 The framework ensures that the transition approach is holistic. It takes into account multiple tracks that run

 parallel to each other during a transition including people, process, technology, governance, and compliance.
 It is designed to help guide the transition project manager in setting correct expectations, identifying risks,
 and ensuring progress against plan while working with internal and
