The Programs design analyzed the factors that determine the
  Structure Base Salary short, medium & long term incentives,
  benefits & compensation.
  The Salaries in this Survey are considered as monthly based
  salaries,   that   is,  nominal    monthly    wages,    plus    fixed
  compensations, which are guaranteed cash provisions such as
  Christmas bonus, vacation bonus, P.T.U., etc; Variable benefits
  such as attendance and punctuality bonuses savings fund,
  pantry bonus, medical expenses, life insurance and other
  benefits:    Cafeteria,    transportation,    automobile,     annual
  productivity bonus, etc.. Base salary accumulation plus its
  benefits, provisions and incentives are the overall compensation
  or Integrated Salary






















    This data base contains information of 85 plants with a total of 100,453
    employees distributed in categories such as: Staff, Administrative,
    Indirect and Direct.
    In their respective line of        business: Automotive, Harnesses,
    Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics,     Manufacturing, Medical,
    Stamping Metal, Molding & Packing.
    And from the Industrial Parks: Bermúdez, Jis, Juarez-Gema-
    Fernández, Outside Industrial Parks, Fuentes-Omega, Rio Bravo.
    And for the size of the plant 0-500, 501-1000 y de 1001-here in after.
