THP Relations Affairs Committee
THP Relations Affairs Committee is responsible for commenting on improvement of operational efficiency as well as promotion and development of labor relations. The committee is also engaged in reconciling and resolving internal conflicts; amending work-related rules and regulations that will be beneficial to employers, employees and THP; and solving problems according to complaints made by employees or the THP State Enterprise labor union, including complaints pertaining to disciplinary actions.
THP Relations Affairs Committee’s important activities in 2024 include revising work rules and regulations; solving problems as petitioned by the THP State Enterprise labor union; and efficiently solving problems of complaints about disciplinary action against the employees.

• THP Director Nomination and Remuneration Subcommittee
THP Director Nomination and Remuneration Subcommittee is responsible for defining the procedures, criteria, competencies, and skill matrix of the THP Board of Directors to align with business strategies and corporate interest; determining appropriate remuneration structure and other benefits of board members and subcommittee members; considering list of suitable candidates for directorships in THP subsidiaries; screening and nominating candidates for the positions of Chief Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, which are not under the consideration of any specific subcommittee or working group; and considering performance evaluation and remuneration of the persons holding the positions.
In 2024, THP Director Nomination and Remuneration Subcommittee carried out various tasks, including the consideration of remuneration of the Board, policies and guidelines for the nomination of Board members, and the review of skills, knowledge, and expertise (Skill Matrix) of the Board members. The subcommittee also considered the procedures for proposing the nomination of individuals to be appointed as THP Board members and Board members of Thailandpost Distribution Company Limited (THPD) in vacant positions and to replace members whose terms have ended. Additionally, the subcommittee reviewed the list of individuals to be nominated as directors of National Digital ID Company Limited (NDID) and approved the self-assessment forms for THP Board of Directors.
