Plan, and the sustainability development manual and guidelines, the 2025-2029 Sustainability Action Plan and the 2025 annual sustainability action plan. The subcommittee approved the definition of acceptable risk levels and the tolerance ranges for acceptable organizational risk levels for 2025, as well as approved the identification and analysis of risks for 2025 and acknowledged the results of compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Moreover, the subcommittee monitored the implementation of the Good Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Action Plans quarterly.

• Digital Technology Development and Data Driven Organization Subcommittee
The Subcommittee is responsible for considering the framework for the development of THP ’s digital technology systems to align with the National Digital Economy and Society Development Plan and Policy (2018-2037); setting guidelines for the development of THP’s digital technology system and the utilization of its data in accordance with its corporate plan and digital action plan; proposing appropriate technologies in line with the National Digital Economy and Society Development Policy and Plan (2018-2037); supervising, controlling, monitoring and evaluating the progress of digital technology system development. Additionally, the subcommittee oversaw the operation under the state enterprise assessment system, Area 5 : Digital Technology Development, and approved the digital action plan and the annual action plan, while monitoring their progress quarterly.
In 2024, Digital Technology Development and Data Driven Organization Subcommittee considered the development plan of THP’s core operating system (THP Core System) and THP Digital Action Plan for 2025-2029. It acknowledged the progress of various plans/ projects, including the Automated Postal Counter System (CA POS), Data-Driven Organization plan, Digital Technology Development plan to support business needs, People Transformation projects, and IT systems development plans that meet business demands. The subcommittee also monitored the progress of THP’s Digital Action Plan for 2024-2028.
