“We do not Say Goodbye”

While missing you will make life incomplete
The memory of your presence will not die;
And since some happy day again we’ll meet….
As you proceed to a better life, we do not say goodbye

Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or shared a great memory.
Perhaps you sent us beautiful flowers. If so, we saw them there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words that any friend could say.
Perhaps you sent a meal, which helped us make it through the day.
Whatever you did to console our hearts,
We thank you so much, whatever your part
