In the year 2024, most of the service businesses’ licenses are in line with the country’s development in infrastructure, and the investment promotion policy to increase ability of country’s competition such as;
• Contracted services with the private sector, such as drilling petroleum wells, services, design and install signaling systems for double-track railway construction project
• Electronic Commerce business (e-Commerce) • Wholesales such as medical equipment, spare
parts and auto parts, chemicals, etc.
Year 2000-2024, 6,734 entities were granted permission to operate business under section 17.

• บริการทีเป็นค์้่สืัญญากับภาค์เอกชีน อาทิ บริการ เกียวข้องกับการขุด้เจาะห้ลุมปิโต่รเลียม, บริการ ออกแบบ และต่ิด้ต่ังระบบอาณัต่ิสืัญญาณ สืําาห้รับ โค์รงการก่อสืร้างทางรถไฟรางค์้่
• กิจการพิาณิชีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกสื์ (Electronic Commerce: E-Commerce)
• การค์้าสื่งสืินค์้า อาทิ เค์รืองมือแพิทย์ อะไห้ล่และ ชีินสื่วนรถยนต่์ เค์มีภัณฑ์์ เป็นต่้น
ปี 2543-2567 มีการอนุญาต่ให้้ค์นต่่างด้้าวประกอบ ธุุรกิจ ต่ามมาต่รา 17 จําานวน 6,734 ราย
